Finally !
The IMSEE Monaco statistics delivered the last Real Estate report on February 2018.
You will find the Monaco key figures regarding number of sales, prices per sq.m / per district, etc.
Of course, these are only figures, but since off shore companies no longer trick the maths, this is quite a good overview of the market today; All the sales are registered through notaries providing official and accurate statistics.
I will try to highlight noticeable points but some trends are easy to understand at first side.
